Shipping Timelines

Custom Shirts
After placing the order, you will get your custom-made shirt at your door within 10-15 business days.

Note: Sometimes delivery times may vary slightly due to high demand or production schedules.

Shipping Rates

Custom Dress Shirts: Flat rate — $20

Spend $150 or more and get FREE shipping! 

We ship in the U.S.! At checkout, simply choose your location/region to see if we deliver there.

Shirt Remakes & Alterations

If your custom shirt doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, we’ve got your back. Our team will gladly remake it based on your feedback — no hassle.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every custom-tailored shirt you wear.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns for any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order (non-custom products only). Here’s what to know:

  • Custom orders can be remade, but not refunded.
  • For returns, a $9 processing fee is deducted from the refund total.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To start a return, email us at customer.cottonattire@gmail.com.
  • Include a copy of your invoice and the reason for return.
  • You’ll need to send items back using a trackable delivery method at your own cost.
  • All remakes and exchanges depend on stock/fabric availability.
  • Refunds (for non-custom items) take 2–10 business days after we receive your return.

We don’t cover customs, taxes, or duties; these are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

  1. Once your returned item arrives, we’ll review it and let you know if it’s approved for a refund or exchange.
  2. If approved, refunds will be issued to your bank account or card within a few business days.
  3. Make sure your return package is packed well and shipped safely.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We can’t be responsible for returns that don’t reach us.
