How to Measure Your Body the Right Way

Want your Cotton Attire pieces to fit just right? It all starts with accurate measurements. Here's a simple guide to help you measure yourself comfortably at home.

Pro Tips Before You Start:

  • Keep two fingers between the tape and your body. it helps get a relaxed fit
  • Don’t tense up. Stand naturally when measuring
  • We’ll adjust the measurements slightly during production for the best comfort
  • Use inches for all measurements

Neck

Wrap the tape gently around the base of your neck (right where a collar would sit), ideally over the Adam’s apple.

Neck Measurement

Chest

Stand relaxed with your arms by your side. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.

Waist

Measure around the widest point of your midsection, usually just above the belly button. Don’t hold your breath or pull in your stomach.

Stand straight and measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.

Biceps

Let your arms hang naturally. Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your upper arm.
