How long does delivery take? Is there an option to fast-track my order?
Our standard delivery time for custom-made dress shirts ranges from 10 to 15 business days.
But if you need your order faster, just email us at order.cottonattire@gmail.com with your order number and let us know. We'll try our best to move your order to the front, and there’s no extra cost for it.
What happens if the fit of my custom shirt isn’t right? Do you offer returns or remakes?
If you don't like the fit of our custom-fit shirts, we offer a one-time free remake or size adjustment within 30 days of delivery. Although your satisfaction is our priority, if you are not satisfied, don’t worry. We feel happy to make reasonable corrections to make your custom-made shirt more luxurious.
All you need to do is contact our customer support customer.cottonattire@gmail.com with details of the issues, and we will guide you through the remake process. Because the shirt is custom-made, we do not offer full returns unless the product is defective.
Where can I check the size or fit details from my past orders?
You can easily check your size/fit from your previous orders by just logging in to our website. There, visit the “Order History” section, and there you will find all your previous order details.
You will find your selected fit (slim, modern, or regular), size measurements, fabric type, and customizations.
