How can I track my order?

If I order today, when will I get my shirt?

Your custom-made shirts will usually take 10-15 business days to reach your location after placing the order.

What happens if I never get my order?

What is your return/remake policy?

We accept returns and remakes within 30 days for items that are unworn and unwashed. Just contact our support team to get started.

What should I do if the custom shirt doesn’t fit the way I expected?

We offer free alterations and remakes until your shirt fits just right. Once you're satisfied with the fit, we’ll save those details for future orders.

What information does your fit guide provide?

We offer four sizing options:

  1. FitMatch — Just answer a few quick questions, and we’ll determine your ideal fit.
  2. How to measure your body –for creating your custom measurements.
  3. How to measure your shirt— Use an existing shirt as a reference.
  4. Fit breakdowns – Details of our Slim, Modern, and Regular fits across collar sizes 14–20.

Am I eligible for a refund if I’m not satisfied with my shirt?

Yes, if you’re not happy with the quality of your custom-made shirt for men, which is rare, you can request a refund.

Do you have a retail location where I can shop in person?

We’re fully online, which helps us keep prices low and serve customers nationwide.

The color I ordered is slightly different from the one I received. Do I have the wrong shirt?

Please note that color may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. A small variation is normal.

I’m shipping my dress shirt back. Who is going to pay for the shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for dress shirts, as stated in our return policy.
