Your order takes 2 to 3 days if you’re in our regional area. If you are out of the region or you are from other provinces/states you will receive your order in 3 to 4 working days. We are working with delivery terms properly and let customers status inform every day till he is receive the parcel
In the unlikely event that your measurements are not perfect, please contact our Cotton Attire customer service. One of our advisors will help you redo the measurement. If this is your first order, we will change your clothes for free otherwise we are not responsible for that. The replacement condition is you have to pay half price of the shirt with delivery charges to change into a new size. Wash or wearable products never be a replacement.
Yes we do calls and give support to our customers at WhatsApp in any time. In order to maintain a low cost system, we have decided to provide customer support also by email. We aim to always answer your question within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If you do not receive a reply after this period, please contact us again.
I just ordered, but I found that I wanted to change the details. what do I do?
Please email customer support directly to let us know what changes you would like to make. or reach us on phone call or message us on WhatsApp. Orders can go into production very quickly, so it’s important to do this as soon as possible so that changes can be applied to the order before the garment fabric is cut.
